From widely available beach-related items, to jewellery made from shells and pearls, over handmade lamps, antiques, native woodcarving, beach wear and sarongs one can find all of that along the beach path of the White Beach or in one of the many open-air malls. Boracay’s exotic shopping life takes place today at two huge outdoor malls a little North and South of boat station 2. Both are easily accessible from the White Beach and from the main road. The northern mall has an upscale part with furniture and artistic handicrafts, a vegetable and fish department, Deli stores and a restaurant square. The new market south of boat station 2 offers visitors exotic sights and impressions of local seafood, meat, vegetables, which cam be cooked/grilled right there and other local delicacies as well many souvenirs.
